Getting Started

It takes only three steps to open an account with Mazon Associates:

 

1.

Just complete an Application, and provide your Assumed Name Certificate or Incorporated papers. Mazon will then process your application.

 

2.

After the application has been processed documents will be prepared for you to sign:

Factoring Agreement and Security Agreement (outlining the terms)

Certified Copy of Corporate Resolutions (if incorporated)

Guaranty (Signed by Majority Owners)

UCC-1 Financing Statement (Filed with Secretary of State and County Clerk)

 

3.

Provide invoices and initial funding will be provided
